I would take a 2nd and a conditional 3rd 2019 pick from the Browns. Say it could go as high as a 2 depending on games started.

Alex will go to Arizona and his cuck lovers will have a split cardinals 49ers jersey and will be beat up by sf men in pink shirts over it

For that reason I think we would work harder to make it happen with them.

Alex shouldn’t go to Buffalo or Cleveland. Cold, windy stadiums in cold, windy divisions. You need QBs that are big and strong with a cannon where they play.
I think Cutler signed a one year contract in Miami. That’s my dark horse pick. Zona and Jax are my other picks, with KC being the highest probability. |

"With the Browns, I don't see them giving up the #1 or the #4. This means it would likely be two 2's (best case), or some other combination of three picks involving one of the 2's and a 3 or 4." Wonder if we see Browns trade back from 1 or 4 then trade that 1st for Alex. Dorsey loves moving picks & might like Alex better than what he sees in the draft. Would mean a VERY young team with a proven leader at the helm. Wonder what Dorsey really thinks about Alex. |

Cleveland isn’t trading the 4 pick for Alex Smith.

Hell no.. if there's a R1 pick to be had via trade, it's a very late R1 pick.

At the very most, we might be able to con #15 out of Arizona. That's the absolute top value I see them getting, and I think a perfect storm has to happen for that

I'd add Peters do to the comments that his family made in the past concerning being a young black man playing in the Midwest

Nah. Ride him out, get great value while he's young and cheap... and then be ok with him leaving when he can.
