Hey, Hey, Hey....it's NFL Parity Sunday!!

Yippee...

As I stated two weeks ago, about game nine is when the NFL starts doing strange things to shape the 2nd half of the season. They need drama and photo finishes to pad their ratings numbers.

Patriots 8-0, Saints 7-1, Buffalo 6-2, Chiefs 6-3, Rams 5-3, Colts 5-3 all lost...that's every AFC team with a winning record that played this week besides the Ravens. (I know the Saints are NFC)

Then you have the team that is moving to Las Vegas...win by the worst 2-minute drive (Chargers) I have ever seen. They were the big winners this week...all their competition lost.

I actually wasn't upset today...I found it humorous. Whenever Mahomes is about to blow out a team, early...the yellow starts flying. They had more flags in the first half than in the past 2 games combined.

NFL wasn't going to have its national game be over before halftime...

I love that Reid decided to make Pennel inactive...facing a 240lb running back that destroyed you the last meeting...meh, lets rest your run stuffing giant. I think Andy got the league memo...

Dont worry, the NFL isn't going to let Mahomes miss the play-offs....this season was such a lopsided mess...they had to resort to desperate measures.

NFL looks competitive right now...crazy how that happened in only 2 weeks.

Patriot-tard going to bat for NFL inc....the corporation that invented their dynasty. Not surprised...

Not sure why you feel compelled to reply in my threads...my observations shouldn't get in the way of your "entertainment-fanatsy". I'm assuming you do it more as an attempt in convincing yourself it's real...and hopefully others will join in...giving you the "herd-think" validation you are seeking..

You're being manipulated...and the NFL r&d department has invested a ton of $$ in "think-tanks" to delver the product you want...

Your avatar says you're a fairly primitive person...which is the NFL's target demographic. So "just believe"..and ignore my threads...they arent intended for you.

So we lost a 28 point lead because of Vegas?

"We"?

You had nothing to do with the outcome...other than mindlessly consuming a product.

You are what they affectionately consider "cash-cattle".

So I'll ask you a question...let you play NFL commissioner.

Goodell has stated his "end-game" is turning the NFL into an annual $25 billion corporation....what steps would you take to achieve this? Considering the bulk of your income is generated from network contracts...(ratings).

Would you start by having a massive disparity between successful teams and bottom-feeders? That way ratings plummet for 50% of your televised product? Is that the business model you would sell to the 32 owners...the ones that pay you $40 million a year?

You watch games that you believe are rigged and start threads on forums about what strategies to use regarding personnel and plays in those rigged games.

You're what most people call "dumb bitch".

No...I'm what is referred to as "my brother's keeper". My motives might seem veiled to your simple ass...but I'm just trying to convey what most are ignoring...either willfully or unintentionally.

NFL is a racket...and you are being coerced out of your money. Emotions are easily exploited for profit....hope sells.

"In the future, people will come to love their servitude....to the point they actively defend it"...it's a slow-burn re-programming. NFL is just an extension of this..."In the Colosseum" - T. Waits

It's just kind of crazy. The Chiefs should whoop the Titans ass and they basically did for 3.5 quarters then all of a sudden its ****in pandemonium out there. Then the Titans get the miracle win.

Well...trace the "footprints in the snow".

Chiefs were on the verge of blowing out both the Titans and Texans. It took a barrage of penalties to steer it back to a competitive result.

This is the strategy that the NFL (Goodell) have formulated in combating a transcendent talent like Mahomes.

They had 11 penalties in both the Colts/Texans game....then they magically disappear when Moore was forced to play...then they suddenly re-appear when PM comes back...when they have a nationally televised game that is on it's way to being a clunker.

When they picked up the flag against Houston...then enforced the INT...you knew.

To me...it's obvious this is being manipulated.

That's why I said...quit fretting about KC making the post-season. This is just mid-season manipulation to drive ratings. NFL is NOT going to let Mahomes miss the play-offs. Ratings are what drive this whole charade..

Saints didn't even score a TD against the Falcons at home...49ers lost...Patriots lost...Chiefs lost...Colts lost...Bills lost...

It was essentially a PERFECT week as far as driving future ratings...

Why do you keep saying the Patriots lost this week?

Because there was a 2 week window where they needed to re-shape the last 8 games....I've said this multiple times. It just "happened" during their bye...so Kraft and Co. can arrange when the Patriots will lose.

Meh....I dont even care anymore. It's an arrangement that I have no control over. I was only paying attention because Mahomes emerged as a rare talent...

I really, really hate the ****ing NFL...and Goodell...and everything it represents on a spiritual/metaphorical level. It's evil...and it's intentions are fowl.

An extension of the "exploiter" class that really isn't any different than the slave class. They just re-packaged it...I would fully enjoy watching it burn to ashes.

Just remember when you say to yourself...Author Blank is one of the good guys...he offers $3 hot dogs and $5 dollar beers at Falcons games.....while totally forgetting his parasite cancer Home Depot wiped out every mom and pop store in small towns. Thanks for your generosity...you life destroying/local community eroding greedy piece of shit.

Every owner of an NFL team is a complete lying POS. Reptile class...

Just because they hire a photographer and donate .000025% to crippled kids...making sure they capture their generosity for all the sheeple to see....dont confuse that they give a **** about you. They dont...at all.

Because BlackOp doesn't actually pay attention to the games. He invents whatever is necessary to keep his theory in line.

Much like BEP or TJ on the politics board.

Not that NFL officiating hasn't been slanted in favor of the favorites around the league for decades. Just look at the Patriots who have been rescued many, many times over the years by questionable officiating. Refs tried their damnedest to rescue the Whiners last night.

I agree with him about the flags thing, when it appears the Chiefs are on the verge of blowing a team away early, the yellow comes out in full force to not let it happen. Seen that several times in the last 2 years.

Sunday was the latest example of this. Chiefs up two scores early, whistles and flags flying.

The disproportionate amount of Vegas money on the Chiefs is also concerning.

I was entertained though, and that is what it is.

Yeah. BO is over the top with some of his takes and probably pushes the narrative to much, but I think that anyone with a slightly open mind and critical thinking skills can see that something is amiss with the timing and the scope of some of these penalties.
