The QB Sneak Call Was Just Fine...

Nothing wrong with that call.

Didn't hurt the leg with the bad ankle.

Brady runs that shit all the time.

Very safe call.

Got us the 1st down.

You were cheering the play until you saw Mahomes hurt.

If the guy is healthy enough to run around back there and risk getting blown up by 300 pound guys etc., he's healthy enough to run a QB sneak. The injury was freakish bad luck, and nothing else.

It's a bad call to run a QB sneak with an MVP quarterback on a gimpy ankle.
Since we're talking about COULDS...he COULD get injured dropping back just like he got injured last time. The QB sneak is probably the least risky play possible

Tom Brady has been doing it in every game his whole career. Even with a 40 something body, he's still doing it. It's a violent game. We blew out Brady's knee on a routine play. He missed a year. Injuries are always going to be part of the game.

It was a freak thing. He landed funny.
Actually Derek Wolf slammed into his right knee because Blake Bell sucks at life and blocking.

Had ZERO to do with his ankle.

We have all saw Mahomes workout videos. He's working out all the time. Flexibility, nutrition, strength etc. He's a big guy. Doing a QB sneak in a crucial situation is perfectly acceptable. We cant keep him in bubble wrap the whole game.

Hardly a “crucial situation”. That’s my point...

You mitigate risks that you are able to mitigate. He has to pass, he doesn't have to run the ball.

But it was. Two game losing streak, playing against a division rival, the game wasn't decided, our defense has played like ass all season. If a 4th and 1 with a chance to score and change the narrative of the season isn't crucial, its pretty close.

Going for it was the right call, and a sneak with an uninjured Mahomes would be the right call.

It was a 1 yard sneak. You're acting like Reid called a QB keeper on 4th and 10.

Brady has a calf injury this season. Guess what, the Patriots still sneak the ball. Sometimes shit happens. Sometimes when you're the Chiefs, shit happens a lot.

....but the ankle injury had zero to do with his knee cap being dislocated. The defender slamming his leg into Mahomes leg injured him.

We have to get the first down on 4th and 1.

We frequently get stuffed on the handoff on 4th and 1.

Run the goddamn ****ing sneak.

You are definitely entitled to your opinion.
The injury was a fluke, the decision to sneak when he was already injured is what I don't agree with
