If the guy is healthy enough to run around back there and risk getting blown up by 300 pound guys etc., he's healthy enough to run a QB sneak. The injury was freakish bad luck, and nothing else.

Since we're talking about COULDS...he COULD get injured dropping back just like he got injured last time. The QB sneak is probably the least risky play possible

Tom Brady has been doing it in every game his whole career. Even with a 40 something body, he's still doing it. It's a violent game. We blew out Brady's knee on a routine play. He missed a year. Injuries are always going to be part of the game.

We have all saw Mahomes workout videos. He's working out all the time. Flexibility, nutrition, strength etc. He's a big guy. Doing a QB sneak in a crucial situation is perfectly acceptable. We cant keep him in bubble wrap the whole game.

Hardly a “crucial situation”. That’s my point...

But it was. Two game losing streak, playing against a division rival, the game wasn't decided, our defense has played like ass all season. If a 4th and 1 with a chance to score and change the narrative of the season isn't crucial, its pretty close.

Going for it was the right call, and a sneak with an uninjured Mahomes would be the right call.

The injury was a fluke, the decision to sneak when he was already injured is what I don't agree with |
