Interesting but point spreads are based on attracting money and balancing the payouts. They slide up/down based on the intake expectations. I know you know this.

Fact: Since 2002 only 5.5 % of NFL games landed on the line exactly. What does that tell you?

In my view the links the links aren't really supporting your position. It's good data but not representative of actual games that are played.

Eugene Chung and Rodney Harrison kind of examples of some players that other teams may not have prioritized near the end of their careers but I think BB has valued for cold weather/playoff football. Put yourself in the Colts gm shoes during the Manning era. Why not build your team with the dome in mind and just hope you get HFA in playoffs. Super Bowl played in warm weather pretty much ever year nowadays.

I'm rewatching the game earlier this season, Mahomes missed both Hunt and Hill for easy touchdowns in the red zone on the opening drive. There was maybe a little bit of pressure, but really it just seemed like jitters. Still waiting for that vaunted first-half defense of the Patriots before they inexplicably abandoned what was working.

On the drive after the interception, Mahomes missed Kelce pretty open due to feeling some pressure, leading to a field goal. Kelce was definitely not shut down on that route
