Look what Carrol did with Geno. He propped Russ up for all of those years in Seattle and now Russ doesn’t have that anymore, and thus he had a miserable season.

Russ is going to be 35 this year and his body is breaking down, his play has declined significantly without Carroll.

I don’t think anyone thinks that Geno’s anything special. The point is that Seattle’s receivers and staff make QBs look better than they are.

Which season are you talking about? I looked at Winston’s stats and couldn’t figure out which was his “best”.

The season he threw for 5k yards (and 30 INTs)?

The season he threw 14 TDs to only 3 INTs (and only 1100 yards because he only played 7 games)?

I’d take most of Russ’ over any of those.
