Oh, chose Other #1, but I should have picked current college coach. Kirk Ferentz is who I'm referring to.

here is my order
1. Kurt Ferentz, University of Iowa. Would be leaving a good program built by him, might be hard to get. 2. Col. Saunders, The dude has rocked as ther OC in KC. I think he deserves a shot. 3. Herm Edwards, I just like the guy, I think he is DV, with out the crying and wimpy crap. |

1. Saunders. Deserves it.
2. Someone else. I'm not opposed to Herm. I also wouldn't mind seeing us sign someone who's a hypnotist and can get free agents to sign for the veteran minimum. In the era of free agency, it's emerging that loyalty to a coach is pretty important. Guys want to work for the Belichicks and Vermeils of the world, and they'll avoid working for the Coughlins and (except for the fact that he makes them contenders) the Parcells. Whoever is our next coach needs to be a player's coach.

1. Saunders. He's earned an interview but if he can't work with the GM, it's a no go.
2. Jerry Gray. DC for the Bills. 3. ??. I don't know.

Isn't Herm from Martyball school? Still, I'd be cool with him as a HC.

Saunders - because of his experience with this offense and familiarity with this team
Hermie - because he believes in Offense AND defense Gulp, Bill Cowher - some may think a stupid pick but I respect his spirit
