Let's talk about the Steelers

And how we are going to destroy them.

"We're probably 20-point underdogs, and we're going to the No. 1 team -- I know they're not the No. 1 seed, but they're the No. 1 team that's won the AFC the last two years, arguably the best team in football," the cheeky Roethlisberger continued. Mike Tomlin does a good job of getting his players ready mentally for a big game. The Steelers will come into Arrowhead relaxed and ready to play football.

The Chiefs are the far superior team and should win but the game is an emotional, physical battle. The Chiefs have to be ready for a war and not let up in their pursuit of the next game.

GO CHIEFS!!!

Can you name for me a team against which this would NOT be the winning strategy?

The same people told us the Bronco game would be a layup. Any given Sunday. If the Steelers defense shows up (I believe they will) this game will be close. Is the Chiefs defense the same defense that manhandled Pittsburgh several weeks back? Can the Pittsburgh offense hit some big plays against what looks like a vulnerable Chiefs defense?

This is not logical. He may, or may not, be guilty of rape, but the failure of the woman to press criminal charges is not "proof" that he is innocent.

Being accused doesn't mean you should be called a rapist either when you have never ever been arrested nor gone to trial. Plenty of men have been down that road and the ladies lied.

If Ben was some rapist then it would not be something he could stop doing nor hide. The two women are full of shit and wanted money.

Tomlin wouldn't start Mason Rudolf or at least move to him rather quickly, would he? I know he's not played much, but in my mind, he's gotta be better than Big Ben right now. Plus, I suspect it'd probably trash a huge chunk of our defensive gameplan.

Clearly this is blasphemous thinking, but Ben is done (complete noodle arm), and I think Tomlin will do just about anything for a win. Just a thought.

Big Ben could be 70 years old and would still throw the ball better than rag arm Rudolph.

Rudolph is terrible and should not have been drafted.

Id be more concerned if our players didn't have playoff experience. But after 3 straight trips to the AFCCG and 2 staight trips to the SB, they're war vets ready to take on anything. They'll be in the right mindset come Sunday.

Great point. The Chiefs are battle-tested and know how to get it done in January.

You're right that any team can win any game, but the Steelers defense isn't very good. They're the worst rushing D in the league. They're bottom half or bottom third in most categories. The only thing they do well is TJ Watt gets a lot of sacks and they have a fairly decent pass D. They're #20 in points allowed. They're the most penalized D in the NFL for almost the most yards (Titans barely top them).

I had their defense/special teams in my league this season and they sucked almost every week. They were projected to be a top 5 defense before the season. But god, after looking at both their offensive and defensive stats, I don't see how they're even in the playoffs. If the Chiefs don't have any bonehead turnovers or mistakes, the Steelers should be in for a rough night.
