I'm not an NBA fan, cuz I don't have a team, but NBA is way more popular than MLB. If KC had an NBA team, the NBA team would have more people per game then the Royals. It's NFL NBA MLB

Is that why game 6 of the NBA finals drew 12M viewers and game 6 of the MLB WS drew 14M? The NBA finals as a whole averaged 9.91M viewers vs 11.75M viewers for the WS. A way more popular sport couldn't beat the viewership of little ol' baseball when 50% of the WS included probably the most hated team in the sport right now.
