Veach is a young GM, too.

Grade still out.
I'm sure they'll improve it just in time for the offense to fall off. This team has a perfect opportunity to win the Super Bowl this year but there's always NEXT year.

Did something happen? You've been moping around like eeyore for a couple hours now. When I do it, I'm just being a cheeky little ****, but you seem genuinely upset.

IMO, you are being totally unrealistic, to the point of being pessimistic.

That game on Sunday night didn't seem eerily familiar?

Like I said, I went into the game expecting to lose. At half-time, I was good with 24-9.

And then the 2nd half happened.

To lose like that, it was just way too Chiefy for me. Call it PPPSD - Post Peterson/Pioli Stress Disorder - but I just can't get over it.

This team is going to choke away HFA because the defense couldn't improve even 10% over last year and then get beat in the playoffs just like they always do.

Lets be real here, he has every right to feel that way.

Green Bay has Aaron Rodgers and they've been to 1 bowl, an incompetent front office can ruin your QB. Matter of fact they've had 26 straight years of elite QB play and they have 2 bowl wins and 3 appearances out of it...you think that isn't shitty?

Green Bay is a prime example of why you have to strike while the iron is hot because they are currently wasting one of the best players of all time.

I've been a fan for way too long, unfortunately. The Chiefs have done nothing but let me down time and time again.

I should have known better than to get sucked back in, Mahomes or no Mahomes.

Don't know what to tell you, man. I'd just walk away for a bit if you're this genuinely upset.

Next week? No.

Everybody is already talking about next SEASON.

Nothing is ever guaranteed. Their window is open right now, this season.

Playing for next season is something Chiefs fans are used to though, so I get it. Been doing it for 40-some years.

Jesus Christ. Why are we acting like Mahomes is in the twilight of his career? He's just getting started.

No I'm acting like an incompetent front office will never be able to surround him with players when he has a 200 million dollar contract so they can't go buy guys..
