Crappy timing
I just cleaned the toilet uo all nice a few hours ago. Then I ate a burrito from the local taco truck. Welp, I just spray farted all over the inside of the toilet. It's still too smelly to re-clean.

Why don't they coat the inside of the bowl with teflon or something so the water just washes the stuff off without me having to squirt cleaner and brush it? Does anyone have tips on any hands off cleaning methods?

Because consumers are cheap bastards, I don’t know if any commercially available products for you to use to accomplish this. It turns out, most people just want to spend $2-3 on a cheap product that works okay vs pay for newer technologies that could be beneficial.

Go to a dollar tree and buy a 1.25 toilet brush and a 1.25 can of the comet. Shake a liberal amount of comet in the bowl and let set for a few minutes. Then get with it scrub a dub you will live flush and repeat. When done any outside splatter can be wiped up with those Clorox toilet wipes. Don't flush wipes down the toilet will just cause you a 200-buck plumber fee. Bag up the brush if it scares you and throw it out with the trash. It's your shit grow a pair and man up.
