Joey Wentz is worth $4M as a prospect. And he is from SM East HS so we will add another $50 on top. Atlanta offered him to us along with eating a $14M bullet on Ian Kennedy net year. That means they were sending $18M.


Kennedy has 1.1fwar last yeah and 1.1 this year. Assume he does the same in 2020. That means he’s worth about $9M in value to Atlanta.


18-9 = value Glass should’ve been willing to eat. Anything < $9 would be a win for Glass.

If we us FG ratings we have 1 top 100 (Witt #32). Of we use MLB ratings we have Witt 9, Singer 51, Bubic 82. Applying the new math to FG values, those 3 changes alone move us from 26th to 18tj system.


Just a couple changes. By the way Witt got $7.8M to sign. His FV is about $62M, so these top picks are actually wayyyyy underpaid. New Collectove Barganing issue?
