There are plenty of guys out there that can help. The real stuff that needs to happen is grabbing some mid level bargain FA's that can help with the defensive change.

Just don't get what the flip out is for, everyone knew Houston was gone, Berry should be gone and Dee Ford isn't a complete enough player to warrant what he got paid.

In this day and age, doesn't seem like anybody is overpaid, as long as the teams have the money, and it all fits under the salary cap. Also doesn't hurt if the player is actually good and the team gets some positive results from their acquisition.

And their replacements will make up some of those numbers. You arent vacating two spots on the field, you are replacing them. Perhaps they view speaks and tanoh as quality replacements in the new scheme. The butthurt over losing 2 underperforming players is crazy.
