I hope he has to learn to work with an average to sub-par line enough, so that he can get shit done regardless.

Getting Donald Stephenson back will be huge. Should get solid plsy from the tackles along with Kush in the center. I'd be willing to bet he'd get a chance behind them.

When I was there, Kush wasnt good at all.

He can't shotgun snap at all and has trouble anchoring and identifying what the defense was doing.

I really hope Hudson is able to stay healthy this year.

@Jacobs71: Bray taking a piss. Tries to get cute and backs up 2 feet to test his stream strength. Tiny bit of spillage. #Chiefs

@Jacobs71: Bray telling Andy Reid fat jokes. Finishes the punchline just moments before coach walks into meeting room. Clutch. #Chiefs

You know that's the wrong play, right? It was a stupid throw.

He threw deep into double coverage when he had the first down over the middle.

Your fascination with the deep ball at the expense of all other things football is just odd. It also pretty well confirms that you were only a Geno fan because everyone else was. Geno was very much an underneath passer.

EDIT: Yeah, I see this has been addressed.

He puts it over the middle, the Chiefs are in the red zone with a new set of downs. Figures that mongoloids like Clay and this sweet daddy hate half-wit are applauding him for ****ing up.

This.

It's a ****ing preseason game. Not like it was some curcial moment in a game that decides the fate of our post-season.

I would love to see him go deep every play during the preseason...because you arent going to see anything beyond 15 yards during the regular season. So enjoy it while you can...

I'm starting to understand why many of you hated the Geno fans. You're making me want to root against this kid.

Seriously - do you have any concept of how stupid this sounds?

"Sure, he had an easy first down inside the redzone and instead chose to try an impossible throw that he couldn't execute if given 10 attempts at it...but hey DEEEEEEEEEP!!!!!"

Bray fell in the draft precisely because of stupid throws like that. If Bray fails at this level it will be precisely because of stupid throws like that. If he continues to try to throw deep balls off his back foot into double coverage (nevermind having an easy first down available), he'll lead us to many a 5-11 season.

What you're seeing in that clip is why Bray won't be active this season unless Smith gets injured. It's something that any competent HC will plead with him to stop !@#$ing doing.

And of course you folks are celebrating it.

It was a bad read, but at least we know he is actually looking down field. Something Cassell didn't do and Alice doesn't do. The read's are correctable, but I like the aggressive nature he has. That's not something correctable IMO.
