Does he have to clear waivers or anything stupid like that or is he fair game to sign with any team?

The loss to New England - more specifically, the WAY they lost to New England - was way too Chiefy for me.

Between the Earl Thomas crap and that game, I'm back to being disgusted with this franchise, which is even more frustrating because they're ruining the Mahomes mojo.

Was it their fault? Nope.

Was it typical of things that happen to the Chiefs? Abso-freaking-lutely.

We dodged a bullet with Earl.

He'd be on the IR list and we would have 2 max deals with safeties who can't stay on the field.

Keep telling yourself that. Nobody knows for sure but if that's what helps you sleep at night, that's cool.

No, the opposite is actually true. If we trade for him, give him the extension, and THEN he breaks his leg, THAT would be typical Chiefs.

Which is why we should go trade for Peterson right now this second, like ricky-****ing-tick. Give them our first second rounder next year and a third or fourth in 2020, do as I outlined earlier, and then ****ing profit.

It's all typical Chiefs as far as I'm concerned. Drafting Speaks, paying high dollar for a highly-regarded free agent that sucks here, all of it.

That game was really hard to watch. I was much more at peace when it was 24-9 than when it ended 43-40.
