I've been tipsy at many many a chiefs game. When the popo are after you, you don't fight back. Also, its fine to have a few beers at the game. But, to get so plastered that you are like that? wtf? at $8.50 a beer, the guy could be half way to a nice TV.

You never need to punch a guy in the face when his hands are tied together and you have two other guys holding him down. Also, bad technique by the cops. The guy tried to !@#$ing bite him.

That's when he got slugged - he tried to bite the cops hand so he got cross-faced. Looks fine to me.

That's what I saw too. Guy kept trying to pull his arms back in so they couldn't move the cuffs to behind his back and then was trying to bite the cop. He was absolutely resisting arrest and deserved everything he got and then some.
