Unless you die. Do some research. You definitely need protein, particularly if you are doing your roller derby thing frequently.

There are plenty of other sources of protein out there.

I don't know. Maybe try just giving up red meat?

yea chicken turkey fish .. all good low-cal protein .. ive went to them and veggies . ima lose'n weight .....
