oh yeah

no

see we struggled against those teams because alex WAS A PUSSY who's style didn't lend itself to beating teams who could make possessions scarce and get off the field on third down

we're just fine with mahomes against those teams because he makes a shit ton of big plays and gets them out of their comfort zone

alex's 6 yards a cloud of puss style played right into their hands

please go

Completely irrelevant

How many players do we still have that were around for those losses?

Our roster and coaching turnover has been huge.

Your obsession with Alex Smith

Pretty hard to scapegoat Smith for everything when he was only a Chief for 5 yrs.

every post you make is a thinly veiled defense of the alex era or prosecution of the current one for "underachieving" without him

you're not fooling anyone

this team didn't lose a single game last year because they weren't physical enough...they lost because they got out-finessed by the seahawks, rams, patriots and chargers

the same is true of the texans and packers games

now yes, the colts game we got our dicks knocked in the dirt, but it was a complete aberration

and you know what it reminded us all of?

an alex smith era game

now go fist yourself - in one season, this franchise exceeded everything he did for it in five stupid years

get on the bandwagon you stupid ****, if you're actually a fan - which i doubt

you just get some sick sense of satisfaction from shitting on the post-alex era chiefs every chance you get you May 2017 piece of shit

A case can be made that letting Alex start all year indicates that Reid is ok with what Alex does.

Smith was a limiting factor but so was/is Reid.

Why would his knee give out with zero contact?

I know it is not the same as playing in a game, but there is no way Mahomes is jumping around like he did (without any noticeable limp or pain) to celebrate Butker's FG make Sunday if there were still lingering affects from his injury.

I didn't say it would but I does happen to a player from time to time. Since Mahomes was recently injured I would think it could happen if his knee isn't as strong as it was before the injury. There's healthy enough to play and then there's healthy enough to play like Mahomes plays. When he does play I want him to be healthy enough to play like Mahomes.
