In the intro Michael says that "bottom line, if you are burned you are going nowhere." Then his new burned buddy, Jesse, goes to the islands with Fiona. Somehow that doesn't add up for me.

Jesse and Fiona got onto the boat illegally...plus, Jesse wasn't accused of being a psychopathic terrorist the way Michael originally was.
