Overall, the bigger plays and additions for Denver in the last week are Bouye, Glasgow and Casey. Gordon is a nice addition and should add a good dynamic to the offense, but the other 3 guys are bigger additions to overall improving the team.

Additions is a strong word. I would say Bouye and Harris Jr. are a wash. Bouye was BAD last year, but could prove to have more longevity due to his age. Glasgow is a wash in my eye as well. He might be better in Denver’s scheme but I thought McGovern could have been a player, but was handled all wrong.

I’ll give you Casey as long as he plays and stays motivated.

Great player, but returns are going to diminish quickly.

Which is why it only took a 7th. People are overrating the hell of that move. The Broncos lost Shelby Harris who’s younger and was a little more productive last year.

I’m aware, but yea poor choice of words. All indications are he won’t be re-signed from what I’ve read though, correct?

Just to be clear, I think Casey is the better player for 2020, but he’s more expensive, older, and on the downside while Harris is younger, clearly in the buyers market, and still ascending.

The Donks were fine at RB. What this says to me as they had money but lost out in bidding to get who they really wanted. This will fire up their idiot fan base to drum up ticket sales but not make one iota in win losses.

If COVID-19 forces NFL teams to play in empty stadiums, Melvin Gordon says it won’t feel much different for him.

Gordon, who played his entire career for the Chargers before signing with the Broncos this offseason, noted that the Chargers played in front of plenty of empty seats.


“We didn’t have fans anyway,” Gordon said in an interview with Marcus Cromartie. “We didn’t have many Chargers fans at the game. . . . So I’m not missing much.”
