A bunch of guys like Pat Kirwin on NFL radio are saying the NFL wants neutral site conference championship games anyway. They want mini-Super Bowls, essentially. And if the Bills had won, they would’ve implemented that plan far sooner.

I don’t know the level of truth to it all, but it’s probably reasonable to say that part isn’t just a rumor.

So I do feel ok about telling Goodell to **** himself for thinking he could use this as a trial run for his plans in the future. That still may not hold him back, but at least they’re being denied a test case before they make the permanent change.
