Pretty much this. I saw a lot of good things from several people. A lot of growing pains, and a little head up ass syndrome. But, this team is already 1000's of miles ahead of any Herm Edwards coached team.
Does not matter. End result is losing and not having clutch play at the end. That was done more than 7 games of last year.
