This has actually got me leaning towards the men for sure. What you do is make it Squid Game like. You get 100 broke and desperate men with families. You tell them whomever makes it out alive, splits a huge pot. But you let them know if the Gorilla kills all of them, it gets their wives and kids next. That should take care of the motivation. The dudes who die, their families get their cut, I guess would be fair. Yes, a few men would fall but the others use those dudes bones as weapons. The dudes who are sacrificed are heroes and everyone else is happy. Charge $99 per TV set for pay per view. Profit.
