IDK about that. He certainly has failed in the Cassel area and thats the one that matters. This signing did come because of mistakes he made, but atleast he saw it and fixed it. Imagine if he acted the same way about the QB spot? Thats his problem and I am guessing thats your real problem as well. If we had a real QB we could say, well he fixed his mistake at RT and be pumped about the season, instead of talking about Quinn.

I am having a hard time wrapping my mind around taking a guard at #11 overall.

It is just a waste of value.

Guard is a position that you can find talent in every round more consistently than almost any position on the field.
