For me it says Tulsa, Dayton and Lexington, KY.

I grew up in KC, lived in California for 6 years, Virginia for 2 and Hawaii for 22. All four states have influenced the way I speak (very different now from when I grew up in KC), but none of the three listed did.

seems like those 2 in virginia tipped the scale quite a bit according to this test.. (if we associate ky and oh with va for the sake of proximity)

Did this a few weeks ago... I got Springfield, MO, Kansas City, MO and Indianapolis, IN.

Makes sense:

Springfield: Dad's family is from Stockton, MO, which is in that region
Kansas City: Grew up 75 miles east of KC, live there now.
Indy: Center of the nonregional dialect.

Tracks with every one of these surveys I have done, that states I have a Midwestern/nonregional dialect and diction.
