JFC, guys.

I'm pretty iffy about the pick. But the dumbassery about people freaking out because we didn't draft for need vs. BPA is just plain stupid.

I don't give a shit what holes we have on our roster. I care if we took the best player on the board. Sure as shit hope Ford was it.

Again another consequence of completely sitting out free agency… which is what the Chiefs did this year.

If the Chiefs had filled some of their needs in free agency… like WR, they would have more flexibility in the draft.

I don't give a shit. Criticizing a first round pick because it doesn't fill an immediate need is just plain stupid if you take a guy who plays a critical position.

I have no problem taking a 3-4 OLB. I'm ecstatic it wasn't a Guard. But yeah, I'm not that excited about the actual pick itself.

Is this what you meant when you were preaching all off season about drafting much better and hitting on all of our draft picks.

I don't have a problem with drafting a critical position in the first round. We'll see what he brings. What I think is stupid is saying the Chiefs have to limit their first round pick to fill in immediate needs.

Jimmy Ward or Marquise Lee would have been a better pick.

Not to worry, plenty of WR depth in this draft… which means the Chiefs will likely draft the next Craphonso Thorpe.

wards the only non qb I would have taken over dee. not sure about lee though. draft is way too deep at wr. and dees the best pass rusher aside from mack and clowney.
