Black Friday is near - TV shopping time

Ya, so i have been eagerly waiting for Black Friday to pick up a new TV. This will be my first time grabbing a tv on this special day.

Any recommended sites to look up and use? Best buy? Amazon?

Looking for something in the 60' range and looking for a good price.

so, anyone have any feedback that can help me out?

Many thanks.

Be careful at shopping. And be mindful of those that are shopping. As there will be rudeness and impatient customers and even staff.

I try to avoid Black Friday all together!

Anyone feel one way or another about curved TV's?

Costco has the 65" Samsung curved on sale for $899, which seems like a steal.

Thoughts?

They are great if you can always center yourself in front of it.

They aren't very good if you want to mount it on the wall.

Thanks for the info! I've been reading this as well and decided to pass.

For those interested, Costco has the Samsung 65" Curved, Ultra HD 4K TV for $899.99, which was my target model before finding that it wouldn't be a fit our room.

Crazy to think that's the price when it cost me $3500 for my 50" Sony Bravia back in the day.

It's pretty crazy, for sure. These days, you'd almost have to force yourself to spend more than $1,000 on a TV.

Costco has a Vizio 70" Ultra HD 4K for $927 dollars with an extra year of warranty. I'm going to wait until next year and probably get an 80" for less...
