I don't know for sure, but I believe all you have to do is enter your serial number for Pro somewhere, and you're done. As far as I know, the "guts" of Windows 7 are the same, regardless of what version you have. They just turn on and off features based on your license.

Windows Anytime Upgrade shouldn't have expired, but the discount may have. You should be able to do it provided you are going from 32 bit to 32 bit, or 64 bit to 64 bit.

we are 501c3 too... how much did you get windows 7 for? although we dont have the computer power to install windows 7 on every comp

Depends on your EA... most likely $30-$40 (Home/Pro, respectively) per PC.

i know this.. i have been buying software from techsoup for work for the last year or more. Great way to upgrade software at extremely low prices. Thank God for Techsoup and other sites like them
