Who's eaten rabbit?

My birthday is next week and my girlfriend has been telling me she's buying me a pet. I've insisted that she not but she bought me a baby rabbit. I told her I'm going to eat it. I've skinned and gutted plenty of rabbits but I've never done anything but grill it. Any other recipes worth trying with rabbit meat? I'm going to feed it to her and tell her afterwards.

Back when I was probably 10 years old or so my Ol buddy Darrel when down to the creek and we shot a rabbit. Then we skinned it, built a little fire and cooked on the end of a stick. After that we ate part of it.......it was probably a little rare.

Rabbits are easy to clean. You just squeeze 'em like a tube of toothpaste, and everything shoots out the ass.
