Grandma normally did the cleaning, but I did it a few times myself. Of course, after you've field dressed a deer, cleaning a rabbit is like unwrapping a package of meat by comparison.

I could never have done the deer, can't imagine doing that as a kid. Hats off to you.

I always preferred trout when it came to fish cleaning. They have got to be the easiest.

Well, I clean and cook my meat soooo.....

All I know is it works. It's a fast way to field dress, and I've done it for years.
