Have you posted your reasons about Reid and Gruden, yet? If so, can you point me to them or briefly summarize?

I don't like the lack of balance in Reid's offenses, and I also believe that much of his success, and the reason he has floundered the last few season is all about Jim Johnson.

I haven't seen anything from Gruden that he can successfully develop a QB, and would be very concerned that we'd end up in the same damn retread QB purgatory we've been in for the last 30 years.
