Where would you draft a K that could do this??

You can find kickers out of the draft or 6th, 7th round that are very good, dependable players. Plus if you took him in the first round you would be paying a kicker, first round money. I would never pay a player that is only on the field every 10 plays or so big money and make him the highest paid kicker in the game.

You don't seem to realize the prospect you'd be drafting wouldn't just be a great kicker, he wouldn't just be the best, he would be the best by a MILE. and he would give your team a unique advantage over every other team. No way he makes it to the bottom quarter of the first.
