Firebug Grill'n Sauce wins American Royal 2013 Contest
My pal Mr. Doggity says Firebug just won the 1st place for the American Royal Sauce competition. We've talked about it here on our site many times. It's great stuff. Here's their facebook page:

The sauces had to be turned in for judging about a week ago. I think they just announced the sauce results today, in advance of the meat competition this weekend coming up. Meats will be judged over the weekend contest.

How is this sauce versus Rufus Teague Touch o' Heat? That's the best sauce I've tasted maybe ever.

$5 is pretty standard for the stuff. That's what I pay Shannon per bottle in person. In Boutique stores, it's more.
