Okay. Well, what I found out was this. I had gotten to a point in the offline story, right after the mission where you are scouting for the big heist, and right before bury the hatchet.

Nothing was moving forward, I did every side mission for both Trevor, and Franklin, but cant utilize Michael at all.

I too, am winning completely LAUNCHING or, waiting for other players.

here is what I found out.

Uninstall your game, then reinstall it, BUT DO NOT INSTALL THE GAME DISC.

The first disk yes, your game disk no.

FFS. All I see is people online, and yet, im sitting here waiting to LAUNCH.

Yeah we kept having issues of the party dropping randomly and then it would regroup everyone. Jacked up. We got to rob about 10 liquor stores though lol
