Go to a health food store and get some probiotic. It will replace all the natural bacteria in the gut and you will be going up a storm in no time. (I was in health care 40 yrs)

If probiotics really replaced all the natural bacteria in the gut, it would leave you dead. Not to mention the fact that it would be impossible to even do. There are 10^10 trillion or so microorganisms in your gut flora. To think you could replace them all is absurd. To even say taking probiotics could have a dramatic affect on complex gut flora is itself silly and unproven. Probiotics have yet to show any conclusive scientific evidence for any health benefits.
