Not banking on anything especially Dressler. But the thought of Joe McKnight 2011 to 2012 is pretty good. He was over a 1000 yds those 2yrs. with 1 TD each.

McKnight has a chance even if the Chiefs look for another RB in the draft. If Knile Davis isn't set to go, we're looking at somebody the Chiefs would potentially draft and Cyrus Grey behind Charles.

I think if McKnight really is 100% recovered, he can beat out Cyrus Gray, who proved in the Indy game why he was 3rd string.

But with Bowe, Avery, Jenkins, and an almost 100% chance of drafting somebody, that's already 4-deep. Dressler is going to need to beat out somebody like Hemingway to get on the team or hope for an injury. And considering the Chiefs have been keeping tabs on guys like Frankie Hammond Jr. for potential kick returners, I think injury is going to be the only way Dressler finds a spot on the team.

Accept there is a drop off.

This class is deep at WR, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's even. Once the first 4 or maybe 5 are off the board, you're probably out of the guys who have #1 type ability and/or potential.

Not that it's necessarily a bad thing, but again, I think the WR's we could be taking at 23 are better WR's or have the potential to be better WR's, a position of high importance in this system, over guys at other positions (guard, DE, etc).

Unless you want to talk about Aaron Donald. I'd take him over any WR.

There will be a much bigger difference between a pass rusher in the 1st vs. 3rd than than there will be at the WR position.
