You nailed it on the head. Let's see what he's really about before throwing money his way.

I think more of Smith than you guys do, but it seems Condon advised his client to play hardball with the Chiefs. I just don't see the downside at this point of waiting until we see what we have with Murray before giving Smith $20 million a year. Either Murray wows in camp or he doesn't. If he does, Smith doesn't get his extension at all.

i've always been hard on Murray, until this year he routinely made bone headed plays in big games...uga fans were sick of him in spite of the numbers he put up..they egged his house once but...he is very good in pro sets, and can easily find second and third options...he 'looks' like a really good QB...he is good at everything, but he isn't great at anything...there's nothing special popping off him i think his upside is Trent Green...i think his downside is good backup QB i love this pick in the 5th round immensely i think we should groom him, but wouldn't run smith off to do it...i think murray would benefit from 2-3 years of being a back up...i wouldn't rush it this has been a steller draft, Dorsey gets a big thumbs up from me

This guy will land us a 2nd round pick in a year or two after he's developed and show cased. Good pick.
