something odd i like is a steamed + lightly fried hash brown w. my BnG.
There needs to be a golden crisp skin + steamed, subtle starch underneath. The best way to achieve this is with a simple teflon skilled and frozen / shredded hash browns. I add about 1/3 cup of margarine or the sorts, melt it on med high - then bring up temp on burner to high for 1 solid minute - add frozen hash browns, cover and decrease burner to a med,low setting - just walk away. Come back 4 mins later. Flip over the suddenly unified shreds. cover again - let go two mins. Turn off burner - let steep for 7 mins = serve/enjoy! |

For the sausage you have to use the extra sage type of sausage and not Jimmy Dean because that whole brand is bland.
The extra sage gives the gravy an extra peppery kick to it. |

Crumbled might be to strong of a word. I usually tear my biscuit into 4 to 6 pieces.

Cracker Barrel had the worst food I've tasted at an establishment. Seriously.
I'll never go there again. |

Is that the rock candy still on the string?
I keep seeing it now in a prepared package and its stringless. |
