I haven't smoked in three weeks. I quit cold turkey. I am reading a book called the Easy Way to Quit Smoking. It's written by this brittish dude named Allen Carr. It is ****ing wonderful. It goes into the psychology of nicotine and the brainwashing of cigarettes. It doesn't go into any health effect bullshit or anything else. You can smoke when you read the book.

Get the book dude. It will blow your ****ing mind. Go to you tube and search for "Quit Smoking Advice - Allen Carr." It will give you an idea of what it's about. If you do this, you will not look at quitting the same way ever again.
