Chiefs Annouce Roster Moves to Meet NFL Mandated 53 Posted 42 minutes ago The Chiefs announced their final round of cut downs KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Kansas City Chiefs announced several roster moves on Saturday, including the release of 17 players in order to meet the NFL’s mandated 53-man roster limit. Additionally, the team has placed two players on injured reserve and one on the non-football injury list. Below are the roster moves that took place. “As a collective football operation, coaches and scouts have held numerous discussions on each player during the evaluation process,” said Chiefs General Manager John Dorsey. “We had excellent competition at every position and that’s a great thing, but today we had to make some difficult decisions to narrow our roster to 53. Where were our rotation guys? Blame Sutton, he didn't rotate shit when we needed to. We currently have Hali, Houston, Ford, Martin, and Zombo as our perimeter guys. Sam is around the same size as our OLBs but he runs like Mike Devito, and you want him on the team. |

Because everyone knows Bray isn't really injured. Murray should have been the one "injured" because Bray looks better and has more upside in terms of raw talent.
