Jesus dude, I am sorry but this reads like a question from a 7th grader. This girl is obviously interested in dating you, she basically hit you over the head with a frying pan and you seemingly just sat there with birds circling your melon. If you're interested call/text her (only her, no friend BS) and ask her out. If you just want to smash I'd fire up tinder, but as someone who gets annoyed with how fast you're supposed to bang these days her stance is refreshing and (if you're into it) the wait will make the sex that much better.

If you were in a situation where she could talk to you about it, then I'm guessing you were in a situation where you missed making your move, or, at the very least, saying, "I've had a hard enough time resisting you up until now."

Lately I've been having dates meet me at a bar. It's a local place that isn't quite dive bar but isn't upscale either. Most are OK meeting there but some have balked. When they balk it just lets me know their not comfy meeting at a place like that so I then suggest somewhere else.
