A general term for anyone found cruising in the passing (left) lane, holding up the normal flow of traffic.

That bumper to bumper 1.5 hour 32 mile commute home everynight will be down to 30 minutes. I love driving but will gladly give it up if it saves me 5 - 10 hours a week in commuting.

This is part of the problem. People think they can go as fast as they want in this lane. It is a passing lane not a racing lane. I have no issues with people going over the speed limit but when someone is riding peoples asses going to fast for the vehicle they are in that is when there is a problem. 80 in a porsche is not the same as 80 in a truck with an 6 inch lift and 35 inch tires.
