A general term for anyone found cruising in the passing (left) lane, holding up the normal flow of traffic.

There are plenty of 3 or 4 lane highways outside of the city in the US, you just have to find a highway not named I70. What a fun ride that is from NJ to KC.

Also, I can only speak from my 4 trips, but Midwest drivers are much more willing to move out of the fast lane than people here.

Everyone is a left lane dick eventually. There is someone out there that will get in LL want to go faster than you and you will be caught with dick in your face being a LLD.

Really the only way out for you is become a freeway sniper or overpass bricklayer.

Oh I just looooove the ones that drive just fast enough that they are not speeding but just slow enough that you can't get around them. then when you get an opening to go around them they speed up so you can't. ****ing assholes.

I'll cruise in the left lane but always track whats going on behind me. As soon as I see someone coming I move over so they can get around me. Then I get back over because I am still driving faster than all the slow pokes in the right lane.

I want to know why so many truckers sit in that lane. **** those guys when I'm hauling across the country. Then I'm the asshole who passes him on his right. Some asshole brighted me for that. And why attempt to pass another truck on an incline when you are going literally 3 miles faster. Grinds my gears.

yes I hate with a trucker is in the left lane to pass another trucker and it takes him 10 ****ing minutes to get past him

I'm fairly certain it's been a ticketable offense in Kentucky for a long time. I got a ticket in Kentucky back in 2001 for what the cop called 'improper use of the left lane'.

Hey, I said I always get out of the way but when I'm faster than all the cars in the right lane I'm not getting behind them if I can avoid it.

I do drive in the right lane when there are no cars for miles though.
