Glad your not a DC. Bronco's were in Ace personnel, both TE's in a wing on the right, RB lined up offset in the gun. They went heavy protect, blocked seven and only sent three out. Two went deep, daniels on a dig over the middle. They wanted KC to blitz to get the single match-ups/ big play potential.

Yup.

Someone slips and it's a 99 yard TD.

As bad as Manning looked in week 2, he looked worse this week. That might be the single worst QB performance I've ever seen (Leaf's implosion included). Leaf looked overwhelmed in his start, Manning simply looked incompetent.

It was stunning. It's the first full game I've seen the Bronco play since Arrowhead and I couldn't believe how terrible he looked.

If they only sent 3 out we could have blitzed still had twice as many defenders as they did pass catchers.

Yeah so you bring 5 or 6 and they dont get in vs 7 man max protection, and you have single coverage all over the field. With the lead like that, and how the defense was playing, I'd rather make them earn every yard down the field.

Dude is your math that bad? If we send 5 we have 6 dropping...

That's 6 people covering 3.....

That's double coverage on everyone....

And just because they have 7 in to block doesn't mean we won't get there or pressure a quick or errant throw.

You're up 22-0....you ****ing go after them when they are pinned on their 1 yard line. It's that ****ing simple.
