My quick research says it's a scam company and when you finally talk to someone (usually nobody says anything when you pick up or call them back) they try to convince you that there is some type of legal action pending against you. Scumbags.

When you get a spam call answer it, and then dial that number on a separate call. Once it picks up merge the calls and mute your phone, set it down and walk away. It's an AI that will pretend to hold a conversation with the spammer.
