Nice! Mine is Digital Bath from the same album. Let's just say I ate some paper one summer night with some friends (might actually be the same summer), and that song took on a whole new life for me.

It was late 1970 in Korea in the DMZ at Stanton Army Airfield. There was a 3 story concrete barracks in the middle of the camp. On the top floor on one end the windows were open and I could hear Deep Purple 'Child in Time' blasting as if they were up there playing live. I ran into the barracks and up the 3 flights of stairs. I started passing a bunch of Korean soldiers in the bay area, they were mostly holding their ears and making faces. I entered the room at the end and there was about 10 Sansui speakers all hooked up to some big Kenwood Amp turned full volume. Four Army guys were standing there stoned looking at the floor swaying with the pulsating sound. It didn't matter what was being played, it was like standing next to the stage at a real concert, I think that is what these guys were trying to accomplish. That was just another day in Korea.

In December 1993, I had just been released from the hospital after an unsuccessful surgery for a life threatening condition. The surgeon told me he didn't think I'd be able to find anyone capable of addressing my problem and that I should get my affairs in order, so to speak. I was a young man and my wife was pregnant with our first child. The first song I heard on the radio was Smashing Pumpkins' Today and the initial lyrics hit me like a brick. Anytime I hear this song it brings me back to that moment.
Today is the greatest Day I've ever known Can't live for tomorrow Tomorrow's much too long

1986 - Freshman year in HS, buddy just got a brand new one of these
We would dog it out all over town. It never even occurred to him that there was a place for the accelerator than the floorboard. Every time we got a break from Marching Band rehearsal, we beat feet for Sonic with this in the cassette deck. 85-100 mph on two lane city street. We should be dead.

Beast of Burden reminds me of this party we had when I was a freshman in college 2000. This guy was like... Dude fire up winamp and play beast of burden. I had to get dig through Warren G and Europe to find it.

Brotha Lynch Hung's Season of the Siccness takes me back to camping the entire summer of '95 at a lake in Kansas. Pure hedonistic filth.

What about some Lynard Skynard while eating a snow cone and watching the sunset and chasing down a deet truck on your bike all the while.

It's not the song that takes me back to a specific moment but a specific moment when I'm fishing and my bait gold fish slips out onto the ground and flops around it reminds me of this song. Great song
