How do you do 'em? Beef, chicken, pork, fish? How do you season the protein? What kind of toppings? Crunchy or soft shells? Is there a difference between a soft taco and a small burrito?

If it's the only creamy/saucy thing you're putting on the tacos, the flavor kick is a plus. But if you're already putting SC, guac, salsa, etc, it'll turn out like those Whoppers with tons of mayo, ketchup AND mustard, a gloppy slippy mess.

I like that canned nacho cheese - quietly maybe the best value in the store, even.

There's some kind of unwritten "rule" that you don't serve fish with cheese. The French and Italians break it pretty regularly, so I don't know why you couldn't with tacos.
