Chicago smells like the worst ass you can imagine right now. Forget the rankness of the river that's been marinating all summer, I'm talking about the biblical swarm of flies everywhere from all the dog feces thats been piling up on every inch of visible grass since the city thawed. Imagine Emporia, KS times 2 million and that's Chicago in late August. Oh, and dog people here are the worst. **** you for keeping a Great Pyrenes in your 400 sq ft apartment and not picking up its shit.

I think one dog in that circumstance is fine provided the owner takes it to a dog park/park on the daily.

Though, I really do agree, he really should be more considerate and gather up his dog droppings.
