Last year was a one-of-a-kind, so let's hope the luck carries over to this year, with Brett Veach at the helm for the first time.

Rules:
1. No spoiled picks in this thread, all weekend. This means that as tweets are leaking picks a few minutes before the selection is announced live, you don't post it in this thread (ex: embedded tweets), reference it in this thread (ex: Joe Slapdick says it's McCaffrey to Tampa) or hint at it (ex: "it's a RB!").

They have to target CB in the 4th right? There are really no viable options left in FA. Maybe Veech will trade for one after the draft or someone will get released and they can sign. At this point, unless you get lucky, you probably aren't drafting a starting CB but quality depth. The Chiefs don't even have that.

Right now, they have Fuller, Amerson and Nelson as locks. Amerson is a question mark, Fuller is elite (in the slot), but who knows how he will handle full time outside. And Nelson is probably below average-average.

I think he could be a hidden gem. I don't love his size or 40 time but no question he was one of the best CB's in the nation last year. He plays bigger than his size and faster than his 40 time. I wouldn't mind Veech taking a flyer in the 4th.

Another CB name to add to the list is Brandon Facyson. He has similar physical abilities to the likes of Oliver and Davis.

Although I really do wonder If we take one of Hurst, Settle or Armstrong IF they are still there In the fourth round and then take a CB In the sixth? It's gonna be interesting to see. Also wonder If we see any offensive players before the seventh round? Would love Ian Thomas, Jordan Lasley or Keke Coutee.

I was thinking it had to be CB in the 4th but then I guess we've been thinking "it has to be CB" almost every pick so far right?

I would definitely rather have Hurst than any CB available though, okay there's this heart issue but its a 4th round pick, taking Hurst in the 2nd would have been high risk / high reward but taking him in the 4th is low risk / high reward, I hope they have the balls to do it and cement a monster front 7 for years to come.
