I tried to change it before anyone seen it.
I just seen his username and my keyboard betrays me

But even if you aren't related or know someone who raises steers, its easy to find locals selling beef. And its usually cheaper than buying from the store.

Why not just buy a mix of 50 hamburgers/cheeseburgers from McDonalds? Saves you a lot of time and money and every kid eats them. You look like the hero. LOL

Buy 15 lbs of 90% fat beef, 5 lbs of pork and a plastic "patty maker". Mix the meat, drop in the maker, refrigerate or freeze.
The pork adds tenderness and added flavor. You can whip out a bunch in no time. Better and cheaper. |

Seems pretty lean for a burger. I like closer to 20% fat for beef, and most pork is 85-90% lean, too. |

The search function isn't hard. Try finding my first post in the lounge and bumping if actually care.

"Burgers", huh?
Is that what they're calling candy out of the dark van these days?
