You realize this guy has not gone a single offseason without an altercation? Despite being cut, serving an 8-game suspension and given a "last chance" he still can't manage to keep his drama under control.

For all we know this altercation was minor, but the severity is not the point. There shouldn't be any altercation at all.

And raising his voice at a cop like that demonstrates a lack of self control.

IMHO, i think that if it were just the altercation with the female only, the Chiefs may have rode it out with him.

But that altercation, coupled with the two(?) incidents prior + his stuff in college they saw a behavioral pattern and cleansed themselves of it.

Plus, he's a running back. As good as he is, and damn he was a good player in KC, he's still a running back.

Look what they've done for Tyreek. I'm guessing they'd have cut ties (rightfully or not) with a lesser player at a less valuable position just to not have to deal with it.
